Also, even his burial is controversial as it is yet not finalized where he would be buried because in 2003 MJ promised that he would never return to his home (Neverland Ranch) as it was no more home, it have become just a house for him. Even after so many RIP wishes, it seems that it was not his destiny to die peacefully as it now been ordered that he will be buried without his brain.
